01Who we are, and what this is

“Agents For Us” (agentsforus.ai) is an educational course operated by Aava, Deep Gill's company (“we”, “us”). Deep is your guide. These terms are an agreement between you and Aava, and they apply to the course, the website, the emails, and the community spaces we run.

The course teaches you to set up and run your own AI agent using services you sign up for yourself. It is education — not software we host for you, and not professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, or security).

02We guide. You operate.

We will do our honest best to steer you well: tested instructions, safety notes wherever a key or secret is involved, recovery steps when something goes wrong, and support when you're stuck.

But everything you build in this course runs on YOUR accounts — your cloud computer, your Telegram bot, your API keys, your repositories. You operate them, you control them, and you are responsible for them. We never hold your credentials and cannot act on your accounts.

03Third-party services and their costs

The course uses third-party services (for example Railway, OpenRouter, Telegram, GitHub, and model providers). Your relationship with each of them is governed by their terms, not ours. Their pricing, availability, security, and behavior are outside our control and can change without notice.

All costs you incur on those services — subscriptions, hosting, and AI usage — are yours. The course sets AI spending up as a prepaid wallet, so your agents can never spend past the balance you load. But if usage runs higher than you expected, that bill is between you and the provider. We do not reimburse third-party costs.

04Security: best effort, no guarantees

We teach security practices throughout the course: least-privilege keys, locked-down bots, what to do the moment something leaks. Follow them and you are in good shape.

And still: no one can guarantee zero security incidents. If an API key leaks, a third-party package or tool turns out to have a vulnerability, a service you connect suffers a breach, or data you put into your agent is exposed, you agree that Aava and Deep Gill are not liable for the resulting losses. Anything you install or connect beyond the course's instructions is entirely at your own risk.

05No outcome promises

We make no guarantees about results — time saved, money made, problems solved. Testimonials and examples describe specific experiences, not promises. What you get out of the course depends on what you put in.

06Payments and refunds

Seat deposits ($50) are refundable any time until the deposit is credited toward your course payment — that happens when you claim your seat and pay the balance. Before then, reply to your receipt or email hello@agentsforus.ai and we'll send it back, no questions. If a pre-sale cohort doesn't reach its deposit goal within its 30-day window, every deposit is refunded automatically.

The course fee (including any credited deposit) is non-refundable once course access is granted, with two exceptions: the guarantee stated on the landing page — if a course step breaks, or your agents don't run by the end and we can't fix it together on a call, you get a full refund — and any refund rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The course fee buys access to the course as it exists and evolves — it is not a deposit on outcomes (see above).

07Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability to you, for any claim connected to the course, is capped at the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost data, lost profits, third-party service bills, or losses from security incidents on accounts and systems you operate.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

08Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, the date below changes and you'll be asked to agree again before continuing the course. Continuing after that is acceptance of the new version.

09The legal frame

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
